I have always had a passion for sport and being generally active. Having gained a Level 3 qualification in Swedish Massage quite a few years ago, the plan was to head into the sports massage field. My qualification was achieved in 2016 through the ISRM (Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage) and is a Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy. I believe, this is the best course of its kind and has given me such a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the human body. I have been trained to a high standard - from working with professional athletes at Wycombe Wanderers Football Club, the recreational runners of the local community, office staff experience discomfort but also helping those with medical conditions such as Osteoarthritis and MS.
